His Misery

A poem I wrote inspired by a man’s perspective. His own panorama at the back of his mind.Come long and meander.

A young man with pure silence,
In his heart and his soul craving for benevolence. Cigarettes, alcohol, and this apples.
What a life, him lying down the floor.

Empty bottles all over the place.
For years, it has been his solace.
Out of the circle of warmth, gotten so used to.
So sick and tired, suddenly came out by bando.

Can’t handle his thoughts, he went upstairs. Sound of his footsteps, glares in their eyes.
Voices at the back of his mind he’s hearing.
His knees are trembling.

Why? Why? What’s my fault?
I didn’t do anything wrong.
Why I’m always alone.
Why no one can be with me.

If I’ll jump off this building and get lost
Are they gonna be amused?
I don’t want to do die like this
In this darkness, will you save me please!

He taught this was all.
But he was able to rise from the fall.
He survived and told himself he’s done,
because he wasn’t fooling anyone.

He manage to have a good life
Fix himself up and continue to strive
Higher state of being his desire.
Trough the fire on fire.

Find your own rhythm and flee.
Look at what you did to me.
